Put your yeast and sugar with warm water for 5-10min. mix the dough*add the flour,salt and oil in your bowl mix it until it becomes smooth. Knead the dough surface. Let the dough rise by putting it in Grease bowl cover it for 2hours. Prepare the topping while the dough is rising (e.g, chop vegetables cook meats etc). Shape your dough.
