Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 pack instant ramen (discard seasoning packet)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook ramen noodles as usual, but reserve 2 tbsp of the cooking water. Drain the rest.

  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Toss in noodles, add reserved water, egg yolk, and Parmesan. Stir quickly to create a creamy sauce that coats the noodles.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
