Cubana Chief Priest Opens Up On Missing Davido White Wedding Due To US Visa Challenges

In a heartfelt statement, the nightlife entrepreneur attributed his inability to attend the star-studded event to ongoing challenges with securing a US visa.

Cubana Chief Priest, a close associate of the Afrobeat icon Davido, expressed his disappointment in a recent social media post, describing the situation as deeply painful. “This pain really paining,” he wrote, highlighting the emotional toll of missing the wedding due to visa restrictions. He explained that unresolved issues with his US visa application prevented him from traveling to the United States for the glamorous ceremony, which attracted a host of Nigerian celebrities and international guests.

The white wedding, a follow-up to Davido’s traditional wedding in Nigeria, was a lavish affair held in Miami, attended by prominent figures from the entertainment industry and beyond. The absence of Cubana Chief Priest, known for his vibrant presence and close ties with Davido, sparked speculation among fans and followers on social media.

Addressing the rumors, Cubana Chief Priest clarified that his absence was not due to any rift with Davido but solely a result of bureaucratic hurdles. He emphasized his continued support for the singer, describing their bond as unbreakable. “Davido knows I got nothing but love for him. This visa wahala just hold me back, but we move regardless,” he stated.

The socialite’s visa challenges reflect a broader issue faced by many Nigerians seeking to travel to the United States, with lengthy delays and stringent requirements often cited as obstacles. Cubana Chief Priest did not disclose specific details about his visa situation but hinted at ongoing efforts to resolve the matter.
