it is originally tailored to be the 81 age taxi driver self hit the hotel arched post with nobody in between

But unfortunately Remyl matignas was in between and was being seriously crushed and had succumbed to his own wounds and injuries and Remyl had even suffered severe pain on the floor without anyone there seeing Remyl in great pain.
after Remyl was going to decease, a very young age concierge boy, wearing black suit, open hotel middle door and came out from the middle hotel glass door. He turned left and see Remyl lying on floor.

because Remyl has just checked out of his hotel just 2 minutes ago so the concierge boy was shocked and quickly rush inside and shouted to other hotel concierge and staff "one of our Philippines guests was being seriously hit by a red taxi and was lying outside our hotel and he sounds bitter and he sounds like he is really very seriously injured and he was in very bad condition."

Remyl got up 20-30 times with 2-3 times very visible and obvious, he shout his family members name and speak "I really wish to go to my Philippines marikina home right now."

due to heavily hit and seriously injured. Remyl fell into coma and no longer woke up anymore. that was exactly the scene that he slept in front of the red taxi at 14:15 PM.

Some people there are hotel staff. One is on Remyl right who lean down to see if Remyl is responsive . The glasses man at Remyl left is looking at Remyl was because as what I had just said earlier, Remyl has just checked out of Nina hotel . just 2 minutes before he got hit by fatal taxi - red taxi , driver is 81 years old (over 80 years of age)

How did an eighty one age taxi driver able to drive in taxi and even the faster speed or high speed red taxi, and just crush to a thirty five age young man within seconds?

let me show you what did I see on the murder scene of crime scene

that is the arched post, which is just some few steps from the Nina hotel glass door where Remyl just walk out and walk right

You can see a seriously crashed and destroyed red taxi front and Remyl shoe and Remyl luggage (and some rain water on floor) and the destructed post brick tile with some fragments on the floor

even when the rescue or ambulance staff check Remyl . The ambulance staff found that Remyl injuries are more serious than what tsuen wan hospital can really cure. They send Remyl to princess margaret (Kwai Chung / Lai king) hospital but Remyl had finally succumbed to his wounds and injuries and Remyl even deceased at 15:12 ( 3:12 pm - Aug 5, 2025 )

They packed remyl corpse and send him to Kwai Chung mortuary for waiting his Philippines surviving family members in marikina city in Philippines to claim remyl corpse in Kwai Chung mortuary by their own hands and their own spare time.

Philippines consulate confirmed that Remyl is Philippines marikina citizen and had found Remyl surviving family members in marikina and ask them come to Hong Kong for Remyl funeral and wake and the consulate is asking Hong kong police to find out the evidence about Remyl Matignas Nina hotel fatal accident and quickly solve the fatal case so Remyl can really rest in peace and have no more regrets

according to Remyl matignas family post on Remyl decease, Remyl biological dad had also been deceased in some years ago

poor Matignas family because Remyl is being scapegoated for the 81 age driver and he died not because use phone but because he had succumbed to his own injuries.

what my friend and I found from the Nina hotel staff is

he ask people how to go to the E31 bus to go to the airport to go back to marikina City

the Nina hotel concierge said "open the glass door , then turn left to the road will see E31 or A31 bus station."

concierge waved his right hand when showing Remyl

and the most important clue Remyl saw from concierge was concierge waved his own right hand. Remyl think walk right is able to go bus to E31 or A31.

but sadly or unlucky, Remyl open hotel glass door, HE WALK RIGHT!

that is why Remyl got hit by the red taxi because the taxi driver is going to hit the post and died.

But who knows that Remyl gradually walks to the right side and stand exactly in front of the fatal post and had even been crashed and scapegoated for the eighty one year old taxi driver.

remyl is 35. Taxi driver is 81. Why would a 35 age person died but a 81 age person only slightly injured ?

actually we should watch the whole thing , investigate the incident own existing situation and see the venue own environment and surroundings and how to judge things accurate and correctly

and do not forget that , even if your time is NOT UP, if you unlucky died, ghost door would still be open for any died person

and who said all people who had really died must all be time up to die

do not forget that there are many school student and people who work in their job who jump down from building roof that they were not even time up but the injuries caused their own decease and they are being forced to "time up" and died and if anyone really died,

And very unfortunate he walk to someone who has to RIP and got unluckily crashed

Taxi that speed should tell you that the taxi driver has to go to death door to report so taxi drive that quick speed

And unfortunately Remyl got crashed

if it is Hong Kong the red taxi driver who was set to die that Remyl was being hit so remyl Died

Everyone also know that they must have to Notice who is going to time up and must really have to avoid those who is going to die soon to avoid "sudden death"
