Web3 jobs are no longer for only tech gurus in Lagos or people with laptops. In 2026, many Nigerians are earning in dollars every month using just their phone, data, and free tools like Telegram, Zealy, and Lodpost.
If you are a student, here are 7 real Web3 jobs you can start today with zero capital.
1. Zealy Quest Hunter / Community Member
Projects like Superfun, Wunder Social, and Common pay you to do simple tasks — follow Twitter, join Discord, like posts. You earn points that later convert to tokens.
What you need: Telegram, Twitter (X), and 1 hour daily.
Pay: $10 - $200 per project when they do airdrop.
2. Crypto Content Writer
Platforms like Lodpost, pay writers who explain crypto in simple English. You don't need to be an expert — just explain what you learn.
I started writing about MTN and Web3 and I got paid directly to my OPay account.
Tip: Write about what Nigerians search — "How to get free data," "How to make money online."
3. Discord / Telegram Moderator
Many new Web3 projects need Nigerians who can stay online and answer questions in their group. If you can type good English and you are active, you can get $50 - $150 monthly.
Where to find: Search "Moderator needed" on Crypto Twitter.
4. Galxe Task Farmer
Similar to Zealy. You go to http://Galxe.com, connect wallet, and do free social tasks for projects like Allo and Fleek. No gas fee needed for most.
5. Testnet Tester
Projects like Sahara AI and Neptune Protocol give free test tokens. You just test their app, report bugs, and you qualify for future airdrop.
Cost: Zero. Just use a new wallet.
6. Meme Creator / Raider
If you sabi make funny memes or you dey always for Twitter, projects pay raiders to hype their posts. One viral meme can get you $20.
How to Start Today With Your Phone:

Final Advice:
Don't pay anybody to give you Web3 job. Real Web3 jobs are free to join. If anybody say "pay 2k for form", na scam. Start small, stay consistent for 30 days, and you will see your first dollars.
