Many years after the passing of King Adeyemi and Queen Olufunke, the land of Ile-Oro flourishes in peace and prosperity. The people honor the memory of Prince Adetunji, the spirit prince who once united the human and spirit worlds, by worshipping at The Temple of the River Prince beside the sacred waters. Babatunde, now an old and devoted guardian of the temple, prays daily to the river, keeping Adetunji’s legacy alive. One day, his faith is rewarded when he sees a vision of Adetunji and Aramide, smiling from beneath the water. Adetunji assures him that his loyalty has given strength to the spirit realm. When Babatunde’s time comes, he peacefully passes away by the river, his spirit welcomed home by the prince he served. The people honor him by carving his image beside Adetunji’s statue, symbolizing their eternal bond. Beneath the glowing waters, Adetunji and Aramide are reunited with King Adeyemi, Queen Olufunke, and Babatunde. The goddess Òsun blesses them for their love and courage, turning the river into a golden flow — Odo Ayeraye, The Eternal River, a symbol of everlasting love and peace. The people of Ile-Oro continue to tell their story — a tale of love stronger than curse, and life more powerful than death.
