President Donald Trump stated in an interview with Clay Travis from OutKick that he has “always” believed Lee Harvey Oswald killed President John F. Kennedy, though he suggested Oswald might have had help. Trump’s comments came as his administration released the remaining 80,000 previously classified documents related to Kennedy’s assassination — a move he ordered to ensure full transparency.
The newly released documents, however, revealed no major new information, only minor details such as individuals’ Social Security numbers. Trump described the papers as “unspectacular,” suggesting that might be “a good thing.”
The release of the Kennedy files is part of Trump’s broader declassification initiative, which also includes cases like the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, and the September 11 attacks.
