Eating too much is not good for our health especially young people thereby causing most of them to suffer from obesity damaging their health. Teenager should always do sport inother to make their body fit. Eating candies and snack is a common method to relieve pressure. It is unwise because candies and snack doom you to gain weight easily. To solve this problem our uptake should be always greater than the intake. Playing sport is a good method to lose weight, you will feel more comfortable after played sport. We should have balanced diet. Don't eat too much snacks. Eat more fruits and vegetables instead of meat and carbohydrates. Being fit is good for our health and hence we should keep fit from now.
