1. Product location: Your company/product must be closer to your customers. It must be located where it will be generally accepted.
2. Advertisements: Products needs to be advertised. Advertisement brings the awareness of a product to the customers. When customers are aware of a product,they will buy the product.
3. Pricing: Business owners should be able to price products in a way that'll benefit both him and the customers.
4. Discounts: Discounted prices should be given to customers,especially during festive seasons. When price are discounted,the customers will be urged to buy more of the product.
5. Communication: Communication is essential in any business activities. A transaction can not be completed if there in not a good communication.
6. Good customers approach: There is a saying'customers are always right'. Customers should be treated as a king. The way you treat them will determine if your business will thrive.
