The picture shows the old timer being arrested and face showing some expression of disbelief from the police.Marvin Gaye SR was spared a murder conviction because of poor health problems.And plead guilty under voluntary manslaughter.He served six years suspected sentence and live a very quiet and peaceful life until his death in 1998.
