A 28-year-old real estate agent in East Delhi, India, was filming himself loading a pistol while his cousin was instructing him.

And Pawan Kumar himself had never unlocked the gun weapon and check or investigate the gun first before Pawan Kumar pointed the gun in front of his chest and prepare to fire or pull on the gun trigger himself and accidentally killed himself 

Tragically, Pawan kumar then pressed the gun to his chest and fired, Pawan Kumar dying despite he was even being rushed to the hospital.

According to the foreign media reports, India Delhi police identified the deceased as Pawan Kumar. Preliminary investigations indicate that the pistol was actually belonged to Pawan Kumar cousin, Himanshu, who had only obtained his legal firearms license in February.

The video shows That Pawan Kumar inserting the magazine and loading the pistol, while Himanshu can be heard instructing Pawan kumar on how to use it and Himanshu had even repeatedly warning Pawan kumar not to fire.

But sadly, just a few Minutes later, Pawan Kumar pressed the gun to his left chest, Pawan Kumar briefly looked at the camera, and Pawan Kumar pulled the trigger, Pawan Kumar immediately collapsing to the ground.

Shimanshu appeared visibly shocked and terrified.

Police responded to the report and rushed to the hospital. Pawan Kumar was already unconscious and had been shot in the left chest.

Doctors pronounced Pawan kumar dead during rescue in treatment.

Police stated that they have recovered the pistol and 10 rounds of live ammunition used in the incident, and seized the cell phone used to record the video, along with other relevant evidence.

The body has been sent to the hospital for an autopsy.

Police have opened an investigation under Section 105 of the Indian Justice Act (Manslaughter) and relevant provisions of the Weapons Act.

The incident sparked heated discussions on social media, with some netizens calling for a review and strengthening of gun control laws, while others believed that the current laws were sufficient.

Police emphasized that preliminary evidence suggests Himanshu was unaware of Pawan Kumar's suicidal intentions, and the entire incident may have been accidental or negligent.

Himanshu responded that he had never heard that Pawan Kumar had any suicidal thoughts about suicide or any plan to suicide so far.

The cause of death is still under thorough investigation and Himanshu is being arrested and is going to be charged for manslaughter of his own pistol killing his cousin Pawan Kumar

Himanshu replied that he had already warned Pawan Kumar not to pull the trigger and not to fire the gun bit Pawan Kumar still pursue the act.

“Pawan was a lover of horses. That’s the first thing I think of,” says Yogender Singh, the victim’s neighbour.

“Just fifteen minutes before the incident, he was standing here on his beloved horse, Raju. Now Raju is tied up in the backyard.”

Kumar lived with his spouse, two parents, grand mother, and two kids, and both of Pawan kumar two kids are also under five years of age.

Pawan kumar was the only child in the Kumar family and Pawan Kumar worked as a property dealer.

Residents said that Pawan kumar was a healthy and is even a very happy man who was doing well in life, and had been earning more than Rs 2 lakh each month from his business.

“Pawan was the only child, the only bread winner, the only earner in the family. Pawan own father is often unwell, and Pawan tragedy death has hit pawan dad very hard. Pawan children are still very young. What will the kids and Pawan father really capable to do now or even really be able to do now?”, Pawan Kumar neighbor Yogender Singh said.

The immediate family members of Pawan Kumar still did not wish to speak to the media.

The Indian east Delhi Locals say that this was even the first time That pawan Kumar had tried to make a reel. “It was not even something that he had really done before and he had never did it before this time, ” one neighbour said, adding that the attempt turned fatal just within moments. Then Pawan Kumar lie on the floor.

Pawan Kumar was taken to Dharamshila Hospital in Vasundhara Enclave with a gunshot wound at his left chest but pawan Kumar was declared dead upon arrival. The body (pawan Kumar, 28 years old) was being sent to LBS Hospital for post-mortem.

Police said that, the firearm which is being used in the incident belonged to pawan Kumar cousin Himanshu Kumar, the victim’s cousin, in whose name the licence had recently been issued.

The weapon, along with ten live cartridges, has been seized, and the mobile phone containing the video has been taken into custody. Himanshu Kumar, cousin of pawan kumar, who is only twenty two years old, has also been arrested. “The thing that is bothering me the most is how a pistol licence was given to someone so young,” pawan Kumar neighbor Yogender Singh said. Preliminary inquiry suggests the gunshot injury was self-inflicted. A case has been registered against Himanshu Kumar (22 years old) under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and relevant provisions of the Arms Act at New Ashok Nagar police station. “Investigation is still ongoing. The crime scene has been visited, and forensic evidence and data have been collected,”

In a bizarre case, a twenty eight years old youth was killed after he suffered a gunshot wound while recording a stunt video in East Delhi's New Ashok Nagar.

A senior police official said that while filming, the deceased, Pawan Kumar (28 years old), inserted the magazine, suddenly placed the gun on his chest, and pawan kumar suddenly pulled the trigger. The bullet struck his heart, and pawan kumar died instantly.

The incident took place on March 16, when the New Ashok Nagar Police Station received information from Dharamshila Hospital about a youth with a gunshot wound.

A police team was immediately sent to the hospital, where the victim, identified as Pawan Kumar (twenty eight years old), was declared dead.

Police have seized the pistol, 10 live cartridges, and a mobile phone containing the video of the incident.

The footage reportedly shows the deceased handling the weapon himself.

The police said that a case has been registered under Section 105 of the BNS and relevant provisions of the Arms Act.

The body has been sent for a post-mortem, and further investigation is ongoing.

if you have to film with guns or pistols, be very careful with gun or pistol
