According to the human anatomy or phsiology, our bodies are created in a very unique way and God really made us in His image and likeness. In the book of psalms 139 verse 14 it says, "we are fearfully and wonderfully made.." Again the apostle Paul in the book of second corinthians chapter six and verse19 God says, our bodies are the holy temple where God dwells by His spirit..From the biblical perspective point of view, we learn that the taking care of our body is vitally important. It is our duty to ensure that we have to get to the right concern how to take care and feed our body. Having good health is agreat investment which most people on this earth does not mind about.Prosperity in life go hand in hand with good heath; A person who is sick and hospitalized contributes nothing to himself, family and even to his nation.This is a time when money is needed for footing medical bill and medication.
