🎂 LOTUS BISCOFF & OREO MILK CAKE RECIPE 🍰

✨ CAKE BASE
Ingredients:

  1. 4 eggs

  2. ¾ cup of sugar (or ¼ cup × 3)

  3. ¾ cup of flour

  4. Your preferred flavor — vanilla, caramel, or butterscotch

Instructions:

  • Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  • Gently add the flour and mix well.

  • Add your preferred flavor and mix until smooth.

  • Pour into a baking pan and bake for 20–30 minutes.

  • Allow the cake to cool completely.

🥛 MILK MIXTURE
Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup full cream milk

  2. ½ cup whipped cream

  3. ½ cup condensed milk

  4. 1 cup evaporated milk

  5. 1 cup cold water

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Place your cooled cake into a container.

  • Gradually pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake.

  • Allow it to soak well.

🍦 WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup full cream milk

  2. 1 cup whipped cream

  3. ½ cup chilled water

Instructions:

  • Whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.

  • Scoop it into a piping bag and spread evenly over the soaked cake.

  • Garnish with crushed Lotus Biscoff and Oreo cookies.

  • Drizzle with condensed milk or chocolate syrup.

  • Optional: Sprinkle some grated coconut for extra flavor.
