7. Reduce Distractions
Social media, games, and constant chatting can waste a lot of time. While these things are not bad, too much of them can affect your academic performance.
Set specific time for social media and entertainment. During study time, try to stay offline as much as possible.
8. Get Enough Sleep
Many students think staying awake all night will help them study more, but lack of sleep reduces memory and concentration.
