How to cook adobo (pinoy food)

Ingredients

Soysauce

vinegar

Onions

garlic

blackpepper 

chilli

oil 

1kilo of chicken cuts

Oystersauce

seasonings

sugar

 

1 chop onions and garlic into small pieces

2 prepare the pan and put 4 - 5 table spoon of oil in the heated pan 

3 if the oil is already heated put the chop onions and garlic together  mix it  with the wooden spoon until golden brown 

4 put the chicken and mix it until the chicken half cook

 

5 put  8 - 10 table spoon soysauce and 1sachet of oyster sauce mix it and wait for 5-7 minutes

 

6 put the chili and wait for 3minutes and put a 4 table spoon of vinegar and wait for 7 minutes

7 after that taste it if the saltyness and sourness are balance and put some sugar to balance it simmer for 2minutes until the sticky sauce  appear ..

 

8 prepare and enjoy your sweet and spicy adobo🥰
