3. When expressing our anger we should always use the word "I" (I). For example, it is better to say, "I'm angry" or "She annoyed me" instead of saying, "I am angry,"
4. Doing a little physical exercise can calm our anger.
5. We need to take a break from what we do or think.

7. Forgiving has a great power to heal from anger. So it's best to forgive quickly.
