Carbonated soft drinks are generally sweet, non-alcoholic effervescent beverages. Some of the most well-known examples of carbonated soft drinks are Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, Sprite , some energy drinks etc.
Despite it's flavor and sweetness, research has revealed that it has some negative effect on our health.
Below are some of it's effect.
1. BELCHING AND HEARTBURN:
It is a known fact that, Carbonated beverages contain dissolved carbon dioxide. It becomes a gas when it warms to body temperature in your stomach. Consuming carbonated soft drinks may cause repeated belching as your stomach stretches from the accumulation of carbon dioxide gas.
2. RISK OF OBESITY INCREASE:
Consuming sugar-sweetened, carbonated drinks adds calories to your diet, which may increase your risk of overweight and obesity.
3. Constant fatigue, overweight and type 2 diabetes, deterioration of the immune system and liver, as well as imbalance of hormones, the appearance of acne or bad skin?
One has to evolve by drinking regular water. No harmful chemicals or toxins: just a vast array of minerals to revitalize the blood and boost energy.
Natural water is exactly what was "created" for our bodies (and kidneys) to supply fluids and produce detoxification.
Strongly carbonated drinks with high sugar content are heavily processed, contain plenty of dye and barely contain minerals, which dehydrates us and supplies with a huge amount of harmful chemicals and preservatives.
