b. Prophet speaking: Neh 13:30
c. Disciple speaking: I and II Peter
d.Theologian Speaking: 1Cor 7:25 and IICor 11:16
e. Unknown authors: The whole book of Hebrews

The Bible states “according to” John, Luke, Matthew, etc., which in legal parlance is a clear manifestation of “hearsay”. Hearsay is inadmissible in any court of law unless collaborated/supported by other evidence.
